History of Advertising Trust
The Materials: This means all or any information, artwork, text video, audio, animation or picture files contained and comprised in the Web site; references to the Materials shall mean the whole or any part thereof.
HAT: This means The History of Advertising Trust
Trademarks: This term includes all logos, shields and service marks.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials available on the Site (the "Materials") - including but not limited to text, video, data, clips, audio clips, designs, logos, illustrations and still images - are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property and proprietary rights and must not be used for any purpose other than educational, informational and non-commercial viewing purposes.
You may download and print Materials from the Site for your own personal and private study and research but not for any commercial purpose or advantage. To use and copy the materials otherwise requires specific written permission from HAT and/or the original copyright holder/s.
The Materials contained in the Site are either owned by HAT or have been licensed by the owners to HAT for inclusion within the Site. All enquiries should be referred to the address below (item 5).
HAT would like to hear from any intellectual property rights owners who are not properly identified on the Site so that we may make the necessary corrections and display the appropriate notices.

English law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place of performance shall be England.
HAT makes no warranty or guarantee that the Site or information available over it complies with laws other than those of England.
