Nishma Patel Robb is one of the UK’s most respected marketing leaders, with a career spanning advertising, media and technology. 

Formerly Brand Chief for Google in the UK and Ireland, Nishma led award-winning campaigns such as This is My YouTube and Digital Garage, combining brand storytelling with social impact. Before Google, she held senior agency leadership roles, working with global brands through a period of rapid transformation in media and communications.

Recognised by Campaign and Marketing Week as one of the UK’s top marketers, Nishma has also been honoured in Ad Age’s Leading Women Europe, Campaign’s Trailblazers, and the IPA’s iList. She is a Fellow of both the IPA and the Marketing Society.

A passionate advocate for equality and inclusion, Nishma served as the 101st President of WACL, the network of the most senior female executives in advertising and communications, where she championed greater diversity in leadership. Today she is also the founder of Glittersphere, a platform putting stories and creativity at the heart of reinvention, ensuring new voices and talent rise to be seen.
