Brinsley Dresden is Partner and Co-Head of the Advertising & Marketing Law Group at Lewis Silkin LLP. He has an LLB from the University of Bristol and LLM in Intellectual Property Law from King’s College London. He  is instructed by many of the world’s leading brands, as well as independent and network advertising agencies. He advises on a wide range of issues covering all aspects of advertising law and regulation, across sectors including automotive, alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical and health and beauty. He is also the only lawyer included in the Campaign “A-list” and serves on the Global Executive Committee of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance.
