Croydon Advertising Association
History
The Croydon Advertising Association was founded in 1957 as "The Publicity Club of Croydon", later renaming itself "The Croydon & District Publicity Association", "The Advertising Association of Croydon" and finally "Croydon Advertising Association" in 1985. It was dissolved in 1995. At the suggestion of Mr David Bernstein, CAA's last Chairman, the archive was donated to HAT in 1997.

A large archive reflecting the operations and activities of the organisation comprising accounts, correspondence, minutes for AGMs and other meetings, membership forms, membership lists, "fundraising ideas" leaflets, copies of The Communicator (newsletter), photographs, event menus and programmes and some artefacts such as the Chairman's regalia.
